Heather Hansen joined McClain Insurance in 2024. She graduated from Northwest University and previously worked as a first grade teacher.

Heather has a background in customer service, education and retail sales. She's excited about the opportunity to help others and make a positive impact. She's also eager to learn new skills and grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys gardening, reading, designing her house, group exercise, cheering her kids on at their soccer games, and being outside with friends and family. She regularly volunteers with youth outreach, the YMCA, and in her children's classrooms.
